Jonathan Yeo
Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan Yeo, a chemical engineer, has a proven history of successfully developing and scaling energy and chemical businesses to profitability.
His expertise spans global operations, corporate development, and financing strategies. Leveraging his innovative approach, Jonathan drives the adoption of Sustainable Aviation Fuels within the aviation sector, leading the industry toward a future of cleaner skies.
Genevieve Toh

Genevieve, a creative force in business management, has transitioned her expertise from the financial world, to spearhead FlyORO’s mission in SAF.
Genevieve drives FlyORO’s initiatives, focusing on mission outreach and developments in the SAF space. Her passion lies in enabling aviation partners to embark on an emissions reduction journey, reshaping the narrative of air travel for a greener future.

Joe leads FlyORO technical and operations, with a demonstrated track-record in leading high profile global supply chain, engineering, plant construction, expansion and production, and industrial automation projects across oil majors and specialty chemical companies.
Damian Mc Loughlin
Chief Commercial Officer
Damian McLoughlin is a seasoned aviation energy executive with more than 20 years of global experience across Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), aviation fuel supply chains, and commercial energy strategy.
He currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at FlyORO Technologies, where he leads global commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement for the company’s modular, on-demand SAF blending systems designed to accelerate scalable SAF deployment.
Previously, Damian held senior leadership roles at Qantas Airways, including Vice President SAF – The Americas and Interim Global Head of SAF, where he led global SAF sourcing, commercial structuring, and climate investment initiatives while working directly with executive leadership to build long-term decarbonisation strategies.
Earlier, he served as Global Head of Sustainability & Senior Director Commercial at the oneworld Alliance and held key commercial roles at Neste, where he helped scale the company’s early SAF market, including negotiating its first commercial SAF sale.
His career foundation includes senior positions with BP and other aviation fuel industry related companies, where he developed deep expertise in aviation fuel logistics, supply markets, and airline commercial strategy.
Damian is widely recognised for connecting commercial innovation with practical deployment, building partnerships across airlines, fuel producers, technology developers, and policymakers to advance aviation’s transition towards sustainable energy.

Results-driven finance professional with 15+ years of corporate finance and leadership experience steering high-growth organisations. Hands-on leader driving fundraising, financial planning, scalable operations and data-driven decision-making to accelerate growth and profitability.

Toby Chan
Board Director
Toby’s investments and corporate finance career has spanned over two decades across infrastructure, energy, renewables, cleantech and venture capital. Toby has been a venture capitalist since 2011 and co-founded Audacy in 2017 to pursue sustainable investment opportunities at scale, to fill a financing gap and to support companies on the cusp of commercialisation in the energy transition sector.
Prior to that, Toby was a founding team member of Kerogen Capital, a private equity fund manager specialising in international energy with over US$2 billion in AUM. Toby began his career at Macquarie Capital, advising on transactions including toll roads, energy, utilities and public private partnerships in M&A and tender situations in APAC.
Toby is a CFA charter holder and has a combined Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Law degree from the University of New South Wales.

With his 30+ years of experience in corporate leadership, he now chairs the Operational Risk & Security Comimttee in CAG.

John Buxton
Board of Advisor
John is an aviation fuel and operations specialist with 20+ years of leadership experience across major international energy and aviation companies. He has held senior roles at Kuwait Petroleum International Aviation Company, including Technical Director, where he oversaw aviation fuel activities, quality assurance, compliance, and operating standards, and served as KPIAC’s nominated director and Chair of the Joint Inspection Group (2016–2018). Earlier in his career, he managed aviation operations and standards at Shell in the UK and South Africa. As FlyORO’s Board Advisor for Fuels, Technical & Operations, John provides deep technical expertise, regulatory insight, and industry leadership to drive fuel innovation and operational excellence in sustainable aviation.
